Dalai Lama Lausanne 2009

On 4th and 5th of August 2009, the International Nyingmapa Rigdzin Community and Rigdzin Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche had the great honor to welcome His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Over 13,000 people attended the teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on The Three Principal Aspects of The Path, written by Tsongkhapa. On the second day, the Dalai Lama gave a Medicine Buddha empowerment and the Tibetan Communities in Europe organised a Long Life ceremony – Tenshug for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama together with Sandhong Rinpoche, the Tibet in exile Prime Minister, gave a talk for about 1500 Tibetan people living in Switzerland.

On the first evening, Sogyal Rinpoche gave a confernece about Dying in Peace. On the second day, the Doctor Nida Chenagtsang gave an conference about traditionnal Tibetan Medicine.
