On Friday, Namkha Rinpoche gave a public lecture focused on how to deal with negative emotions and everyday problems, and how to enrich our lives with a deeper meaning, and thereby contributing to peace and understanding in the world.
On Saturday and Sunday Rinpoche gave specific instructions on how to meditate. Rinpoche also talked about the deeper meaning of compassion, namely as the quality of enlightened consciousness, and how to achieve this state.
