From 16th October to 23rd October 2011
Evolène (Valais, Switzerland)

Lama Shempa Rinpoche and Shingdrub Rinpoche joined Namkha Rinpoche and the Rigdzin Community Sangha to practice one week of Amitaba Drubchö.
Shingdrub Rinpoche was recognized at the age of five years by HH Kyabje Düdjom Rinpoche. Since 2009, Shingdrub Rinpoche is in charge of the renowned Zangdok Palri Monastery that was built by His Holiness Düdjom Rinpoche in Kalimpong (India) in 1946. This 36 year old Lama wishes to preserve the heritage of the Tersar Lineage but also to adapt the structure of the monastery to better meet the demands of the twenty-first century.
You can find more information about the monastery projects on the website of the association Zangdok Palri.

At the invitation of Namkha Rinpoche, Shempa Rinpoche and Shingdrub Rinpoche agreed to come back next year at the same time to practice again this Drubchö.
